The 4th
On our Nation's 232nd birthday this year, my cousin, Adam "Flounder" Luebke and I decided that there was no better way to honor our country than to visit one of her greatest landmarks. Being in the Bay Area, that, of course, is the Golden Gate Bridge. Flounder had never crossed the Bridge, and so we decided that the best way to do this was by bicycle. Since I have two bikes, this worked out quite well (although one of them really needs its spokes trued). It was a bit windy and cool, but the fog wasn't too heavy, the bicycle traffic wasn't too bad, and the view was great. These are a few photos of the expedition.
